Aloha Term error: logon process error....shutdown

Aloha Term error: logon process error....shutdown
When I start aloha on the front end terminal, I receive a bluescreen error....Logon process error....System down. The terminals are xp embedded, the server is win2k pro. Any help...please.- atlbar
