    How to receive someone elses email

    Hi, this is my 1st post here. Is anyone able to tell me how to receive someoneelses email both in and out messages in Microsoft outlook whilst leaving a copy in the server so they are not aware (staff problems) I think I have set up for incoming but dont seem to be getting enough traffic...
