    Transferring A Call - STS

    Okay, so the phone rings...you answer it...how do you transfer to another station so that it rings and the person knows the outside call is for them? We currently page out loud and say "Joe, line 3, etc..". There has to be a way to pass it through to another desk without a page. Is there?

    Hi, We have 5 phone lines at our business. If you specifically dial into line 5, or if it rolls into line 5, the voice mail announcemnet is picking up immediately. Line 5 is the designated after hours you call to check your voice mail. Also, after hours phones are being immediately answered...
