If you look in Computer Management/ Shared Folders/ Shares, is the User folder being shared in there, if so, what happens if you disable it in there?

How is the sharing being set - from the cmd line or via dialogs? If from the cmd line, are you using CACLS or ICACLS, with what parameters?
the sharing is done by right click on the the test folder then shared this folder option with full control for sharing, as for the ntfs permission...
