Hey peeps!
I would like to get a hold of the code that will allow my html pages to preload before the user sees it. This will ensure that users do not have to sit and watch sites load up piece by piece. I know the code is out there somewhere... Anyone know it?

Thanks to you all for your assistance. In the end, the suggestion to eliminate white space was what fixed the problem. Also, I have placed <td> tags on a single line rather than have hard returns in them. Legibility may be decreased, but stability has increased.

Thanks guys. I have fiddled with different doctypes without any luck. I am still not totally sold they make all that much of a difference, however, I will make the effort to enter proper doctypes onto each page.
As for the white spaces... that is a new solution for me. Can you be a bit more...
I am using Explorer 6 on my PC and explorer for Mac on my G4.
The PC version is inserting spaces everywhere. A good case in point would be this page: http://southindianlake.com/PREVIEW%20SITE%20HERE/location.html
There are breaks in several of the images. These breaks don't exist in Firefox...
