    CDR has me stumped

    I removed sp2 and created a cdruser account(same as my win login) and it worked. With sp2 it wouldn't even with the patches. Couldn't even VNC into it to tweak tkhe embedded windows. Good ole sp2. That is Win XP Service pack 2.

    I have got it to work when I uninstalled sp2 but need a patch for sp2. I have installed the 3.6 cumlative patch and no go.

    I have patch 3.6. Installed the wrapper and lan cte. User accounts made and all setting seem to be correct. Used a ftp server to get the cdr info but having no luck.

    Thanks for replying. Had to set up a dmz for it to work. Now the whole CDR issue with Sp2, even with 3.6 patched.

    Have a i2004 at home and it connects to bcm at work but no dial tone. Set the jitter to large and opened ports on both routers, still no dial tone! Stuck, plz help
