    Hi, we use Outlook XP with Exchange 2003. One of our mailboxes shows one unread mail when opened in Outlook but when the Inbox is opened there is nothing there. We are confused - can anyone help please? Cheers

    Hi, We have several people in our organisation who have up to 5 Exchange mailboxes in their Outlook view. Is it possible to rename Inboxes as they appear in the Outlook Today view? At the moment they just all appear as 'Inbox'. Even if we customize the view and tick the relevant mailbox name...
