    I have 2 PSD's, same image size (975x1350), same text attributes set, yet in one file 36pt Arial is twice the size of 36pt Arial in the other. Text is not rasterized, and the Character and Paragraph palettes match in all settings, though Metrics is grayed out in the file where text is smaller...
