    Alright... upon further investigation I found that server 2 is actually just Windows Server 2003. Not SBS. So, I am going to reformat server 3 again and setup Windows Server 2003 on it as well.

    Ouch... ok, you're right. I found that out the hard way. If I demote the new server so it will just on the network doing Exchange tasks, would that work or am I screwed with SBS? I don't want to get rid of the old server... just offload some of the processing.
