Does the stack setting in /etc/security/limits have a upper limitation
Yes ulimit -s do help that way. but after relogin, you have to ulimit -s again which is not I wanted. I want a permanent setting.- coolalibaba

Does the stack setting in /etc/security/limits have a upper limitation
I modified the stack setting of an user to 4194304. But when I login with the user and "ulimit -a", I found the setting was cut down to 2097152. Why?- coolalibaba
