It turns out that they are interested in the year. So birthdays should appear in descending order by year, month and day Ex. 2006-06-15 2005-06-14 2003-06-14 2003-06-12 2006-06-01 2004-06-01 Will your solution work for this as well?

I'm trying to order the date of birth in descending order regardless of the year. Any tricks. I've trying creating a column of datatype int and store the concatenation of Month and day but that didn't work. Thanks.
