2005 Norton Antivrus/Firewall?

2005 Norton Antivrus/Firewall?
I am currently running Norton Antivirus 2005 AND ALSO McAfee Firewall 4. I know you are only supposed to run ONE firewall at any one time, so my question is this. Should i leave the "Internet Worm Protection" feature turned "on" in my Antivirus 2005 menu? Im not too sure if this is a firewall...- mrchalk
