I would say it is better to put the latest achievement first, BS degree and then the Diploma. Since you already have the B.S. degree, it is assumed that you already have the A.S. degree or equivalent. What can you call yourself now?
I think HutchHutchison said he'd passed 70-270 and 70-291 so he need to take 70-290 in order to get a MCSA 2003 since A+ and N+ together can be counted for one MCSA/MCSE 2003 elective.- travisle
