HP 2840 All in one
Assuming you can set it to receive to PC the question is can you choose the location that they are stored. If you can then you could set it to a mapped drive or folder on your server. I don't have one to play with so you will have to check the settings.- PWP10

hp 2000c won't print black
If I remember correctly there are white ovals under each ink cartridge. They are spring loaded and the spring holder has a tendency to break. You can compare the spring action for each cartridge to see if that is the problem. If so you will need to repair or replace the ink supply assembly.- PWP10

HP 8550DN Color Laser - duplexer jams, print quality issues
There is a lot to consider with this. You need to find out where the extra toner is coming from. It might need a good cleaning to start. You could remove the fuser, transfer drum,toner cartridges etc. and see what condition they are in and mop out any loose toner, carefully. I have see some...- PWP10
