    Revoke DBA priviledges from any user you don't want to have that ability on a database or table level.

    Error while doing ontape restore..

    What I think your problem is that ontape is trying to backup logical logs from disk that were not backed up previously. Since you are restoring to another machine those logical logs aren't there to back up. Answer no to the salvage logical logs and use your backup log tapes if you have them.
