Access connection error
I have VS.Net 2003 Professional and I am trying to connect to an Access database. projects. If I attempt to connect using Jet 4.0 under Server Explorer-Add Data Connection, I get an error 'Login Failed. Catalog information cannot be retrieved'. The error message will not go away. I am working with CR8.5, VB6, SQL7. I do not have RDC. I have designed a number of reports in Crystal Reports and they work fine. I have written a small VB routine to call these reports. I have connected to the database using ODBC. I can run reports from within VB that do not have a...- greydog
