Second call's caller id doesn't display when i'm on a call
Would this procedure work if I have a primary line configured and a second CallWait line? I cannot use CallWait line to make calls, only use it for call waiting. Presently, I see Caller ID on my primary line, but no information on my CallWaiting line. Thanks.- magurwara

Securing extension sets - protecting TN--DN Association
I have seen that one can enter a TN number on a Nortel i2002/2004 IP phone and the set will be configured with the extension number configured against that TN. How can one ensure to safeguard against this? I mean there must be a way to lock TN <--> DN information with Hardware ID (MAC address...- magurwara

How To Configure a directory on the Phone Display
I am told that the directory can only be searched via <lastname>,<firstname> order. And it would not accept a blank in the lastname field. I can search by using only a single digit in lastname, I cannot limit the result by giving a single letter in the firstname field. Does anyone know a way...- magurwara
