I'm using a VM Pro module to handle help desk calls which uses conditional assisted transfers. If a caller hangs up before the call is answered, the assisted transfer continues anyway - following the rest of the script which leads to further assisted transfers if no one answers the first one...

Thanks for the reply. What you say absolutely makes sense, but I don't think our LEC is blocking outbound CallerID outside our DID ranges; we accidentally had 4-digit outbound callerid when we made a mistake in the programming. And we are on PRI, obviously. Anything in the programming...

When using Follow Me or Forward, the outbound callerID of the forwarded call shows as the DID that the original call was made _TO_ (not _FROM_). Is there any way to rebroadcast the CallerID from the original call that has been forwarded?

Has anyone seen issues where the PBX loses the hold music for no reason? This is happening on a 406v2 with 3.0(59). We can reset and reload hold music, but it's gone again after a few hours. Manager (and thus TFTP server) is kept running, so it doesn't seem to be a case of the PBX resetting...
