Getting the Call Detail Report
I'm running a BCM 300 and with software 3.6. I'm running into a bit of a snag. I can't seem to get the call detail report. The service is running, I have it set to do a daily dump to a local ftp server, I've tested the login information and even pinged the ftp server from the BCM, but can't...- CQLUser
