    Try attempting to view the shared folders by using the run command and typing the IP address of the computer and shared drive/folder name instead of neighbourhood e.g //192.168.0.1/shared name

    Hi, So the computers are in the same workgroup and subnet. Have you given sharing permissions to each drive or folder you want to share. Alternatively make sure each user is admin or with apropiate permissions and check the firewall settings are configured or disable them to test.
