I solved my problem by turning off the services and just having the receptionist forward to a dn 12-4pm, then forward to another dn 4pm-8am. The only problem is only forwarding to 1 dn, they are not always by the phone or are very busy with thier normal work, which is why I still need another...

From 8am-12pm we have the receptionist(810) answering the calls from AA press 0.12pm-4pm afternoon service dn's 816,824, 825 share the calls . Night service 4pm-8am dn's 314, 610 share the calls.
We want all calls to go thru the AA first at all...
