i have recently reformatted my computer, and ever since then I have not been able to import into ACT. I get an "out of memory" error box, and ACT freezes. Could it be a recent windows update? Can anybody help?

ok...i have figured that problem out, so can anyone help me with this...
when ACT closes i get this error message...
0x7c91e9c9 referenced memory at 0x01510030...memory could not be read
anybody have any ideas?
i am getting this message "the installed version of Outlook is not supported. Please upgrade..." Now i found the help file that was posted in another thread here (the one i have below)..in the ACT Knowledge Base.
The registry file it is talking about is not there in my registry. it says to...
having the same problem, and had already found that help page...but that registry key it has in there to find is NOT in there..can anyone help.. it as 0006F03A and the closest i can find is 0006F02A
