well i checked services many time, and all the times apache was always running, but never checked to see if IIS for removed from services or not, i am doing that right now, and will post a update shortly.

1) WAMP
2) Xampp
3) PHPDev
4) phptiad
but non seem to be working cause of this apache error thats why i wanted to install just apache first and get that working so i can use one of theos packs.

Okay, i messed around a little bit more today, and heres somthing eles that kinda intresting... i changed the ports to 8080 and still no luck, i can goto localhost:8080 and 192.168.0.3:8080 but cant go to mydomainname.com:8080 or myipaddress:8080
any other ideas?
