That was where I started from.
That gets me the caller's # and the name associated with the ACOD of the incoming RDB. It doesn't show the called DN that the outside caller dialed.

I have access to my customer's Octel 200 / Serenade systems via telnet to the system IP.
Is this type of access possible for a 250 or 350 and has anyone set this up?
