I'm having issues with external call forwarding. When a phone is externally call forwarded and the DID to that phone is called i'm getting a carrier message saying that the number called is not a working number. But if i just dial the extension through an intercom key the call forwarding works...

When i'm trying to connect to telephony services after i'm logged in i get an error that says programming can not be done at this time try again later. It says the MCS is not connected. Anyone have any ideas ont this? I'm going to try a reboot, but i have to wait until after hours.

If I'm setting up a "Night Service" on a BCM where all calls ring straight to Auto Attendant after hours and calls during the day wait 4 rings and then go to Auto Attendant, is the programming the same in the BCM as in the Norstar?
