    You cant use the Web client, it doesnt have the SSOn.exe process, only Full PN and PN agent have this functionality. A workaround could be to install the full PN on the web server and ensure that the Sson.exe is running

    What is the servers OS's , if its windows 2000 and you have installed the MS rollout pack, you need to install citrix rollout pack. i have experienced the same issue. The Citrix Rollout pack resolved the issue
