Did you install any MS hotfixes,there is a know issue with Citrix and the MS rollout pack http://support.citrix.com/kb/entry!default.jspa?categoryID=118&externalID=CTX107051&fromSearchPage=true
Are the users connecting from the same domain as the WI server
Do you have the SSon process running on the clients, if you defer it during the installation you will have to reinstall the client

You cant use the Web client, it doesnt have the SSOn.exe process, only Full PN and PN agent have this functionality.
A workaround could be to install the full PN on the web server and ensure that the Sson.exe is running

what type of smart cards are you using.
Do you have any virus software installed on the servers.
Do you have the CPS software installed on the servers and on the clients
What is the servers OS's , if its windows 2000 and you have installed the MS rollout pack, you need to install citrix rollout pack. i have experienced the same issue. The Citrix Rollout pack resolved the issue
Edit the Appsrv.ini file by adding TWIShrinkWorkArea=5 as the first line under
[WFClient]. The file will look like this:

TWIShrinkWorkArea=5
Version=2
This should stop Outlook from taking the entire screen
