Only notice that the timestamp for embedded voicemail messages are off about 30 mins. (ahead of current time) How is the time updated on the embedded voicemail card?

Once again we are getting this error. I was told run a port traffic report to verify how much traffic the system is taking and it shows fine. No ports are busy. Any ideals where this error is coming from? Users are reporting an announce message while loging in to thier mailboxes of the delay...
Is it safe to update a MAS system using the Windows Updater? Are there any catch all when downloading updates, or are there any updates that will effect the system? I know that some updates will require a system reboot.
Is there a modular messaging un-installer that will completely uninstall all traces of the client from a users PC? It seems that if we use the windows uninstaller and perform a reinstallation of the client, the software retains some of the settings from the users mailbox. S

Tracing is not active. This issue is the first time that this has ever happened. The system has been installed for quite a while. Unit is at Service Pack 3
How can you tell what NIC is at the top of the network list? Reports look ok with no all ports busy. Integration is SMDI, and version is 2.0 with all updates. No heartbeat errors in the event logs.
So monitor with the port monitor application? I also noticed as the documentation stated that the alrm should clear on its own. Do I understand correctly that a certain percentage of the ports will need to be in use before the alarm will display in the log?
