    HP 4500 missings colour randomly

    HP4500 clj prints perfectly but randomly misses a colour. It can be any colour at any time. I may get a few perfect prints then a load of prints with missed colours. There is nothing consistent with it. Any ideas?

    The 8500 prints a completely black page which looks as though it is made of the colours but not the black. Any ideas?

    I have a HP clj 8500 which prints from the black developer perfectly but nothing from the colour ones. I have checked that the carousel stops in the right place, that the gears are enmeshed and that the drive motor turns the gears. The print process performs normally but no colour is printed...

    I have two HP 8500 printers. One only prints the black and not the colours. The other just produces a black copy which appears to be from the colours and not the black. Any ideas?
