Windows Won't Load - Hangs with red hue
Hope someone can help. Dell Optiplex - When I attempt to boot the machine, it get's to the splash screen - you see the thick "dashed" progress bar and about 3/4 of the way to complettion - all items on the screen take on a red hue and it hangs.
