    Ahhh - that was the problem!!!! In 4.0, I had to turn queing on for "RDU Ops" (the first huntgroup inbound calls come to) because if I didn't the calls would go right to VM. Queing is a new function I think with 4.0. You're post gave me the idea to try it without and it works as it should...

    I just upgraded to 4.1 in hopes Avaya had finally fixed the DND Huntgroup ghost ringing problem (which they hadn't) only to discover that 1 out of every 10 incoming or outgoing calls the other person can not hear you (although you can hear them). Anyone experienced this?? Mike
