    Laserjet 4000 DRUM Paper Jam

    There is probably a paper fragment behind the tray 1 input assembly. You will most likely have to remove this assembly to get the paper out. Brian

    HP 4550 62 NO SYSTEM

    Color laserjet 4550 error "62 NO System". Replaced firmware, printer worked for 1 day then error came back again. Has anyone had this problem before. Manual says firmware is not present or is defective. Could this be a problem with the formatter? THanks Brian
