Jay, I read a previous post that there is an Old Old Hotfix for this issue and my reseller in Chicago was just purchased by Arxis in LA and I am having issues getting the hotfix. Do you know which hotfix repairs this issue. Thanks in advance!!! Mike Vance- PhonemasterMike
