I cannot unlock my server group password. I have been searching this forum but only found how to reset the cosonle password. Anyone?

Its a joke. The SavAdmin.doc says that you have 3 other groups to choose from besides Admin. The Central Quarantine being the most privileged besides the Admin. It has all these rights except you cannot log in to the Central Quarantine in order to perform those actions. What a crock of crap...

This is the error I get on one of the clients. It appears to be downloading for a second then tells me "Access Denied" with no other information. Cheasy! Anybody know how to troubleshoot this?
