No sound on my laptop
Hi My laptop has 2000 pro running on it. I was deleting old files for mp3 and cd burning type things and I think I accidentally deleted a file needed for sound in the operating system. I now have no speaker icon on my toolbar and no sound whatsoever. When I go to control panel/sound...- jscottm

HDD not recognized by XP
I have an XP system with 2 hard disks. The 2nd disk which was my d: drive and used as a data drive, had personal financial and tax data on it that I no longer needed.
