    Problems with 123R 9.5 Installation on Win2000

    abitually you can install it if you have only the original Administrator user for WIN 2000 and you'll be able to use the approach only for this profile. In my experience this was the only problem but after this I've installed the 9.7 version that I'm sure is WIN 2000 tested.
