How do you reset the password on a MICS ksu, or any others like a CICS, M8x24, or 6x16, 3x8's with out taking it apart. My Tech can not get into the unit. I know there is a feature code or something like that to reset the password. I know the ones for the voice mails. any help would be great...

Yes, it has a 4.1 software with a MICS T-1 setup and 6.1 on it.

Well when i try to log in here is what i use. Feature 983, then use 1020000, then it will read "not allowed", i even try 120000, 10020000, and so forth.

I'm using a M7310, i also used a M7324, still the same. I'm lost one this one, never seen it.
