    Symposium Scripting - Voice Segments

    In order to create voice segments in Call Pilot, you must do it thru App Builder..Open up to create a new app and click on define at the top of the page and then click voice item..It should be easy from that point....Don't forget to connect your begin block to the end block at the main screen..

    Meridian Access with Symposium 5.0FP1

    I have been troubleshooting for awhile, on my access ports in Mer Mail to Symp 5.0 FP1.. They have actually worked 2 times before, but now I can't get the ports to acquire and login! Does anyone know anything more than the docs tell you?

    Mr.Poole, thank you for your response...but, do you know how patches would be loaded remotely and then activated renotely? I knew about Ld 143 and the mdcs, but I did not know how support loaded and activated remotely...Do they login thru PDT?

    I have access to the Nortel website to download patches, peps, etc..I understand the general concept of what needs to be done, but when something needs downloaded or activated I must go to my tech support group and wait....It just gets to be a pain having to wait when I could just do it myself...
