How can I detect number of discarded UDP packets in application?
Hello, I would like to write an application to receive a large number of UDP packets. In order to tell the sender what "send packet rate" it should use, I would like the application to determine the number of discarded UDP packets thrown out by the UDP layer due to UDP checksum errors. Disable UDP Checksums on SCO 5.0.5
I am using SCO 5.0.5 on DELL 1850. I would appreciate finding out how to disable UDP checksums? Preferably, I would like to do this for just a new application; but if that is not an option, then setting a network config param may prove to be viable. (The app will provide its own checksum.)
