Before you publish your report to Crystal Enterprise you must ensure that "Save Preview Picture" checkbox is checked from the within the Crystal Reports Designer. This can be found at File, Summary Info.
What likely happened is that when you re-published the reports to the new server, a new object ID was created for the report that you are trying to view.

IN the Crystal Management Console, you can set the default parameters for the report and default username\password for the report to use when accessing data.
