    Ringtone Audio Files

Hi Sorry to put something trivial on the forum, but does anyone know of a good place to download raw audio files for the ringtones. I'm looking for some professional sounding samples (rather than the rubbish I've found so far - eg, star wars soundclips - which have a purpose on a cellular but...

Masking the DN (not just the display) for internal caller ID

Good point - didn't think of that!!! Will do for this case, but I'd still like to know if masking the DN is possible or not - both for this Team and for my own knowledge. Anyone else got any thoughts? Cheers for the response though!!

Masking the DN (not just the display) for internal caller ID

Does anyone know if its possible to mask the actual DN from appearing in the display of the receiver's handset for internal calls. Obviously the "display" field gives the option to show a text value, but is there a way to stop or mask the DN itself? The business reasoning for this is for the IT...

Device association - want to disassociate!!

But in my defense, I'm new to telephony, not just CCM, and as we all know, a little knowledge is not always a good thing...

Device association - want to disassociate!!

You're not missing anything. Why can't line 2 divert to another phone without line 1 on the original phone (which is the same extn no 8200) not changing. Basically, 8200 is a reception phone. The 8202 is a backroom phone used if the receptionist is busy. But sometimes I want the backroom phone...

Device association - want to disassociate!!

Hi Guys I've recently setup 2 devices, both of which are working fine. Device 1 has 1 line - extn 8200 Device 2 has 2 lines - line1= 8202 & line 2=8200 (shared line with device 1). All very simple I know. However, the user requires diverting (cfwdall) device 2 to another device - call it Device...
