From what I gather, your choices are limited. I suggest you Group email your users and have them set their archive paths to their server based drives assuming they have network based storage. You may just need to run the Exchange optimizer to insure your Exchange system is running at it's best. ie allocated disk space etc. Have you insured that your system and users are virus free? System configured to prevent relaying?- tmohn
