I have tried what jerryreeve has suggested but when I go to the set and try to set Fwd No Answer, etc., it only lets me select internal numbers that are handsets and not the new "virtual" DN that I created to route to my cell phone. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?- JonathanNEBC
