    Yes, that is the error I am getting. Thanks for the information, but I have seen other similar codes in this forum, it has to do someting with the drum. I am sure a service manual will have the codes. The only codes that are listed on the aforementioned website are correctable by a user, not...

    When printer starts to init. I hear a loud plastic snap, then I get this error code. I am a novice and do not have a repair manual. Thanks for any help.
