You are correct, I was reading it as speed dial buttons on the phones. Best bet would be to use system speed dial.- maxflex

Do you have a copy of PC Administration for partners ACS R3 and up? Is so, connect to the partner system and go under Extension. At this point just highlight any ext. Near the bottom of the screen you will find a "Station Copy Buttons to Other Extensions". It is just below the "Copy Settings to...- maxflex
