    Folder Permissions

    I did as Whitemtntn suggested. Uninstalling SP1 did uninstall the problem. However, when I re-installed SP1, I re-installed the problem . . . again . . . :-( There has to be a Reg setting that's getting munged. Anyone have a clue which one? --Phil
