Hi. When I type text into a layer in photoshop it appears heavily bitmapped or pixelated. It didnt do this before..any ideas would be great! Thanks.

Picking up one corner and dragging doesn't work..nor does holding down shift+Alt (to preserve proportions) and dragging. Seems like some sort of bug? Maybe just a setting somewhere?

I can't seem to scale objects like simple text boxes or shapes manually. I can do it by entering a percentage value in the transform field though. Any idea whats going on? Thanks..
