hi im having trouble with premiere 1.5.
when it is loading it always freezes when it gets to "loading compilerVRF.prm"
i tried reinstalling and that does not work and it is compatible with my computer because I have used it loads.
I've tried the adobe help topics and also tried google searching...

I put it on PAL cos its a PAL Television (u.k)
and also put it on highest quality because id tried loads of other settings which havent worked so I thought i'd try the nest quality to see how it works.

Hi thanks for your help, I have overcome the problem simply from something you replyed with earlier asking what I used to resize the clips. Instead of manually resizing the clips, I went into motion and changed the scale width until it looked about right.

I converted to avi by opening a new project and importing the MPEG clips, then I exported to movie.
I tried resizing these clips in this new project with no success.
My original MPEG video was just over 5 mins, 98.2MB.
