When you try to download a program (.exe) or zip (.zip) file, Internet Explorer may display a blank Web page with an ActiveX icon in the upper- right corner. ActiveX octet-steam problem
I had netzip loaded and did not like it. I did the uninstall and now I can not download anything.I get error locating object handler.no viewer available. I am on an nt4 platform and running IE 4.72.....any suggestions?- Flynn
