    Pivot table sort

    Hi, I am trying to do a sort of values in descending order. Every time I highlight the pivot table and try to sort the Total actuals (amount), it would not allow me to do it. When I refresh, it automatically sorts it out for me by the name list, in alphabetical order! Thanks!

    Copy Subtotals to a another sheet without copying details

    Hi, Would you know how to copy the subtotal amounts, without copying the details associated with it to another worksheet? Everytime I highlight the sells and copy, it copies EVERYTHING, when all I want is to copy the subtotals. Thanks!!! Cindy
