DNS Problem on 2k3 Server
Our domain name should be test.com but since our former server admin tried to add another DC/DNS server everything is showing up as home.test.com (home is the name of the original DC and I think that might have something to do with it). Weird DNS resolution problem
Don't know if this will help or not but here it is. We had a very similar problem when some made some static ARP entries on the domain (don't know why). Whenever you cleared the arp cache on your machine or did a REPAIR on the network connection (which clears the arp cache) it would work. The...- wilson0728
